Garroorigang Historic Home - Goulburn NSW

Built in 1857, Garroorigang is a beautiful, privately owned heritage home on the outskirts of Goulburn where visitors can enjoy a personally guided tour through 160 years of living Australian history in the unique setting of a lived in family home. The home is exceptional in that it still contains its original colonial and Victorian furnishings and is filled with items of historical interest.

Part of Goulburn’s early history, Garroorigang is classified as a site of National Historical Significance in the Register of the National Estate.

Garroorigang - Changed Opening Hours and Arrangements

With effect from 1 February 2025 Garroorigang will be open to visitors at the following times:

Sunday to Tuesday - closed

Wednesday to Saturday - open 10.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm with Tours starting on the hour. Last tour 3.00pm.

Closed for lunch 1.00 to 2.00pm

Group tours (booking required) including coaches will continue to be accepted on all days including those on which the Homestead is closed to casual visitors
